How long will my order take?
Standard: 2–5 working days. Express: 1–2 working days. We dispatch Monday–Saturday.
What are the cut-off times?
Monday–Friday: 3:30 PM. Saturday: 2:00 PM. Orders after these times dispatch next working day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Free UK delivery on all eligible orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes – check your dispatch email for a tracking number, or visit our Track Order page.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland or Scotland?
We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands (certain postcodes), or Isle of Man.

What is your returns policy?
30-day returns. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I return an item?

When will I get my refund?
Within 5–10 working days of receiving your return.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
